The real deal! Parmesan, butter, cream, and pasta…mixed right at the table.
Cook pasta according to package directions.
In a saucepan or skillet, warm butter and cream. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Grate Parmesan cheese and place half of it into a large serving bowl. Pour warm butter/cream mixture over the top.
Drain pasta and immediately pour it into the bowl.
Toss a couple of times, then sprinkle in the other half of the Parmesan.
Toss to combine, thinning with pasta water if necessary.
Serve immediately as a main course or accompaniment to meat or salad.
Delicious!

This was SOOOO good! Best alfredo I have ever had. I added a clove of minced garlic to the butter in the pan and then made some seasoned chicken to slice up in it as well. DIVINE!!!

This is very good and a favorite of my teenagers and husband. Super fast and easy with deep flavor.

Fettucine alfredo is my all time favorite ‘order when I go to a restaurant’ dish. Can’t wait to try this recipe at home!
