Farmer’s Favorite Fiesta Chicken

Description
This is a great hot dish to have ready for a Farmer’s Feast after a long day in the fields.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Crackers
- 8 whole Boneless Chicken Breasts (I Use Boneless And Skinless Chicken Breasts)
- 2 Tablespoons Taco Seasoning
- 4 whole Green Onions, Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Melted Butter
- 1 cup Whipping Cream
- 8 ounces, weight Monterey Jack Cheese
- 2 cubes Chicken Bouillon Granules
Preparation
Combine cracker crumbs and taco seasoning, stirring well. Roll chicken in cracker crumbs and place in a greased 13×9 baking dish. Saute green onions in butter in a skillet until tender. Stir in whipping cream and remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
