Easy traditional pizza made with a touch of ricotta cheese. Quick to make, delicious to eat.
For the pizza sauce:
Add the tomato sauce into a medium sized bowl. Next, add the spices and herbs. Stir together. Set aside.
For the pizza:
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
Sprinkle the cornmeal on a baking sheet or pizza pie pan. Lay the Boboli pizza crust on top of the corn meal.
With a medium to large size spoon, add about half of the pizza sauce over the top of the Boboli crust (add more if you like a lot of sauce). Spread the sauce over the crust with the back of the spoon.
The remaining sauce can be used for making small size pizzas on English muffins or slices of sourdough bread. Or it can be frozen for future use.
Add the ricotta cheese in small pieces around the entire pizza. Then add the mozzarella cheese evenly over the top of the pizza.
Next, lay the pepperoni around the entire pizza.
Then add pieces of the ham, sausage, mushrooms, and black olives over the entire pizza.
Top with the parmesan cheese.
Bake the pizza in the middle of the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edges of the crust are slightly golden.
