A quick and easy supper or lunch that helps clear out leftover veggies from the fridge. Kid approved!
In a large skillet or saute pan over medium high heat, saute the garlic and onions in the olive oil until they just start to soften, about 3 minutes. Add broccoli and red pepper and saute for another 5 minutes until they start to soften. Add the zest of the orange, the orange juice, the teriyaki sauce, and brown sugar. Continue cooking until the sauce is to your liking. At the last minute, add the shrimp and saute until they are heated. Do not overcook the shrimp.
Serve over rice or pasta.
