For nights when you want something extra flavorful without a lot of effort. It only requires a few ingredients that you probably already have! It’s certainly not gourmet, but it’ll make your taste buds happy.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Cook and dice chicken. Boil water. Mix uncooked noodles, the sauce mix, the diced chicken, the boiling water, and all remaining ingredients in an ungreased 9×9 or 9×13 pan.
Add more or less curry powder depending on how strong you like the flavor.
Cover and bake 30 minutes or until pasta is tender, stir. Let stand uncovered 5 minutes or until sauce is thick.
