Three ingredients. That’s it. It’s so easy that it’s almost not fair. But, it’s yummy and will make anyone look like a pro. You can cook this for guests and they will think you slaved for hours. They don’t need to know it took about 5 minutes to prepare, and those 5 minutes include getting out all the ingredients.
1. Place chicken breasts on a plate. Put the flavor enhancer of your choice on top of the chicken. I used 1-2 sage leaves per chicken breast.
2. Wrap each chicken breast in 2 slices of bacon. Try to make it so the ends are on the bottom.
3. Place chicken in a baking dish. Bake at 350F until done, around 30-35 minutes.
So yummy! I served this with steamed rice and a veggie. I think it was broccoli because it’s my Monkey’s favorite. But all I remember is that the chicken was divine and my husband almost didn’t believe that it was that easy.

I made a profile on TK just so I could write a review on this dish. It was so good! I LOVE simple recipes, and it is hard to find something that takes only 3 ingredients and pleases the whole family. I will confess that I left off the seasoning and only wrapped the chicken in bacon. It was delicious! How do I give it a “5-oven-mitt” rating?
