An easy marinade for fabulous grilled chicken (or beef…or pork…or lamb…or whatever)!
Combine all ingredients in a bowl or jar and whisk or shake until sugar is dissolved. Pour over meat, pierce with a fork, and refrigerate until ready to grill, anywhere from 5 hours to 5 days.
You may add fresh or dried herbs of your choice…even though I love them, I usually forget and just use the basic recipe.
This recipe yields a little over 2 cups of marinade/dressing and can be kept in the refrigerator for quite a while before using. I usually only marinate for a few hours, but whatever floats your boat will do. =) Makes the meat sooooo tender and juicy!
