Yum! We have a new recipe for our rotation! My husband said, “it tastes way better than it looks” lol He does not like casseroles/one-dish-meals. So, that was as good as 2 thumbs up from him! Thank you for the recipe!

This was awesome. The 3 year old thinks it’s a crime to eat noodles with anything other than butter and Parmesan cheese, but hubby and I loved it. I actually broke the spaghetti into thirds based on a reviewer suggestion for smaller pasta. I also used ‘runny’ salsa instead of the “thick and chunky” so we were plenty saucy!

Fabulous comfort food! I left out the corn and added pinto beans instead of black, but we all really loved it! Thanks!

This was a hit with everyone in my family except my uber-picky eater. We will definitely be making it again!

This recipe sounded and looked good, but we didn’t care for it. I didn’t put the noodles in with it because it wasn’t saucy enough for them. It was just ok. Thanks for sharing.

This recipe was incredible!!! I told my entire family about it. It made enough for me to serve it twice and have a lunch out of it. I can’t wait to make it again.

We loved this recipe. My husband hates salsa so I didn’t list off the ingredients to him until after he was on his second helping. He was shocked he was eating it. It was really good.

This was a big hit with my picky kids and hubby! I did not need a full pound of spaghetti noodles, so next time I will only cook about 1/2 pound. I have made this filling with velveeta before to put on rice or tortilla chips, and I really liked it with the cream cheese. I used a mild salsa since I was feeding kids, but if you prefer more spice, you could choose a different salsa. We will definitely make this again! Would also be easy for potlucks! Such an easy and tasty recipe!
