Description

Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches.

Ingredients

  • 4 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 envelope (about 1 Oz. Packet) Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 bottle (17.5 Oz. Size) Crystal Hot Sauce Or Wing Sauce, Divided
  • 8 whole Rolls, To Serve

Preparation

Place chicken breasts in crockpot. Add the ranch dressing mix and about half the hot sauce. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.

Once the chicken is cooked, shred the chicken, add the butter and remaining hot sauce (wing sauce). Let the butter melt. Stir and serve on rolls.

I love anything buffalo sauce so this was super easy and tasty! I added about 17 oz of sauce… it was a bit saucy, but still manageable. I did forget to add the butter, but it was still good! I think if I used the right amount of sauce it would be perfect for a wrap too for leftovers or something!

These were soooo easy! AND soooo tasty! I used frozen chicken breasts and it turned out perfect! With celery on the side I was set!

This is the one of the easiest Crockpot meals and super delicious. I highly recommend it for a family lunch or dinner–or mini party sandwiches.
