An easy, yet delicious salmon dish with creme fraiche!
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. Put the fillets in a baking dish and season salmon fillets with salt and pepper
3. Brush the creme fraiche over the fillets and place in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until it reaches desired doneness.

If you don’t have creme fraiche handy, you could try mayonaisse, and sprinkle with a little paprika for color.
