Creamy Seafood Casserole
Description
You can make this using any of your favorite medium size pasta, such as macaroni, shells, rottinis or bowties. Easy to put together and so good to eat!
Ingredients
- 2 cups Medium Size Pasta
- ½ cups Green Pepper, Chopped
- 1 cup Celery, Chopped
- 1 whole Small Onion, Finally Chopped
- 1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1 cup Salad Size Shrimps, Cooked
- 1 can Tuna; Do Not Drain
- 1-½ cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
Preparation
Cooked your pasta. Drain and set aside.
In a pan, saute the pepper, celery and onion. Add the cream of mushroom, shrimps and tuna. Add the pasta and mix well.
Transfer into a casserole. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350 for 20 mins, or until the cheese is nicely melted just the way you like it.
* This is very good with scallops and crab meat also.
