A creamy pasta dish that you’ll want to make again and again!
Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add sausage and onion and cook until onions soften, about 4 minutes. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds longer.
Add chicken broth, tomatoes, milk (or heavy cream), noodles, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer for about 15 minutes, until noodles are tender.
Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted. Serve warm.
