This is the perfect cold salad just for two. Easy and versatile. You can add any vegetables you like and any seafood or meat you prefer. Pour a nice cold drink to go with it and you have a wonderful picnic meal!
Cook ramen noodles or regular spaghetti according to package instructions then drain and rinse. Toss noodles with sesame oil, peanut butter, black pepper and red chili oil. Add the previously cooked shrimp and all of the vegetables, toss. Chill for about an hour before serving. Serves 2.
