A spicy kick to an old favorite!
Preheat oven to 425ºF.
Combine ground beef, 1 tablespoon red chili pepper spice blend, parmesan, egg, bread crumbs, diced tomatoes, garlic, and salt in a bowl. Mix together and form into a loaf. Place in a 9″square pan. Put in the oven, uncovered, for 15 minutes to brown.
While meatloaf is browning, make the sauce. Combine pureed tomato, remaining 1 tablespoon red chili pepper spice blend, cream of mushroom and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Whisk until no longer clumpy.
Remove meatloaf from oven and pour sauce over the top. Return to the oven (still uncovered); reduce oven temperature to 375ºF. Bake for 45-55 minutes, until cooked through.
