Chicken Salad Sandwich with Garlic and Herb Cheese

Description
Quick and tasty chicken salad sandwich. Looks great on the buffet table.
Ingredients
- 3 cups Chopped Cooked Chicken
- ¾ cups Garlic Herb Spreadable Cheese (I Use Boursin Or Alouette)
- ¼ cups Plain Greek Yogurt
- ⅓ cups Thinly Chopped Celery
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Pepper
- 6 slices Tomatoes
- 6 whole Lettuce Leaves
- 6 whole Small Bulky Rolls Or Buns
Preparation
Combine the first six ingredients in a large bowl. Mix to blend. Assemble sandwiches using about 1/2 cup chicken salad, 1 tomato slice, and one lettuce leaf per bun. Makes 6 small or 4 regular size sandwiches.
