Description

First time I had this was at a bridal shower. It has been a favorite for years now.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked, Cubed Chicken Breast
  • ¼ cups Diced Celery
  • ¼ cups Golden Raisins
  • ¼ cups Sliced Almonds
  • ¼ cups Dried Cranberries
  • ¾ cups Mayonnaise Or Salad Dressing (your Preference)
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Red Onion
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Pepper
  • 4 whole Croissants, Split

Preparation

In a bowl combine everything except the croissants. Spoon about 1/2 cup salad onto each croissant.

Excellent recipe! I did make a change and left out the raisins as I’m not fond of them. I increased the dried cranberries to make up for them. Thanks for sharing your recipe! =)

These are delicous and easy. I’m not usually a chicken salad fan but I had chicken I needed to use so I thought I’d give this a try and am glad I did!
