This Easy Baked Chicken Parmesan Casserole recipe is perfect for family meal prep or a freezer meal to keep on hand for hectic evenings. Made with simple shortcut ingredients: jarred marinara, frozen chicken, penne pasta, and cheese, of course.
In a large resealable bag, combine frozen popcorn chicken with melted butter and garlic powder. Spread chicken onto large baking sheet and bake according to package instructions.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken with cooked pasta. Stir in marinara sauce and Parmesan cheese.
Pour into a greased 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese and bake at 350ºF for 15–20 minutes or until cheese is melted and sauce starts to bubble.
