Description

A nice summer time meal. Use leftover, cold chicken or turkey. Cool, creamy, crunchy and full of a variety of tastes.
I know this sounds strange, but give it a try, you’ll be glad you did!

Ingredients

  • Mixture 1
  • 2 cups Cooked, Cooled And Cubed Chicken Breasts Or Turkey
  • 2 whole Avocados, Diced
  • ½ cups Sliced Black Olives
  • ⅓ cups Plain Yogurt
  • Mixture 2
  • 2 whole Tomatoes, Chopped
  • 1 whole Green Bell Peppers, Chopped
  • 1 whole Medium Chopped Onion
  • 2 Tablespoons Small Diced Green Chilies
  • 2 dashes Tabasco, Or To Taste
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, Grated
  • 6 whole Flour Tortillas

Preparation

Combine ingredients for Mixture 1.

In separate bowl, combine ingredients for Mixture 2.

Refrigerate both until nice and cold.

Heat flour tortillas in microwave just until heated through and pliable.

Fill each tortilla with spoonfuls of mixture 1 and then mixture 2.

Top with grated cheese. Roll tortilla for burrito.
