Chicken Hurry
Description
Recipe adapted from the Jean Pare Casseroles book.
Ingredients
- 8 pieces Assorted Chicken Parts, Drumsticks And Thighs Are Good, Use Up To 12 Pieces
- ½ cups Ketchup
- ¼ cups Water
- ¼ cups Brown Sugar
- 1 envelope (about 1 Oz. Size) Onion Soup Mix
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Arrange the chicken pieces in a 9×13 baking pan or small greased casserole dish.
In a small bowl, stir together the remaining ingredients until combined. Brush sauce over chicken pieces, or simply spoon it on top. Cover and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until tender and well-done.
