Description

What a great way to inhale, I mean incorporate more veggies into your life. So simple … Dinner is ready in 20 minutes flat.

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Whole Wheat Flat Breads (or Lavish Bread From Trader Joes)
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
  • 1 whole Chicken Breast, Cooked And Shredded
  • 5 whole Broccolini Florets, Cut In Half Lengthwise
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, Cut In Half
  • ½ cups Purple Onion, Sliced
  • ½ cups Canned Artichoke Hearts, Cut Into Fourths
  • ½ cups Parmesan Cheese, Shredded

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450 F. Toss your pizza stone into the oven to heat if using one.

Spread olive oil and garlic evenly among flat breads. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Top with each 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese. Spread on chicken, broccolini, tomatoes, onion, and artichokes. Top each with 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.

Place flat breads on the pizza stone or put them on a pizza pan and bake 10-12 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
