Chicken Alfredo Pizza.
Preheat oven to 500ºF and place a pizza stone in the middle of the oven.
Roll out dough on a floured surface so that it is a thin crust. Poke holes with fork all over the dough so that it doesn’t bubble up while cooking. Place in the oven on the pizza stone for 2 minutes.
Remove and spread the top of the dough with the alfredo sauce. Then sprinkle 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese on the sauce.
Top with mushrooms, onions, and then chicken. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top of everything.
Place back in the oven and cook for an additional 8 minutes or until crust is a golden brown.
