This is my all time favorite meal! I pair it with roasted vegetables, and for meat lovers, it is perfect with grilled shrimp, chicken or pork tenderloin.
Place all ingredients except toasted sesame oil in the jar of a blender. Blend on high for 45-60 seconds. Turn the blender to medium low and slowly drizzle in the sesame oil.
Note: The sauce will be thin, but thickens very quickly when heated.
Pour the sauce into a microwave safe bowl and heat on high for 45-60 seconds.
Toss with cooked, drained pasta of your choice.
My favorite is whole wheat spaghetti!

I am a struggling vegan, and OMG this is an amazing recipe without animal products. I added some roasted veggies (zucchini, mushrooms, and onions). It is terrific!
