Description

This Cajun Chicken Pasta is so good, even my kids will eat it (and that’s saying a lot!).

Ingredients

  • 4 whole Skinless Chicken Breasts Sliced Thin
  • 4 teaspoons Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil
  • 2 slices Green Onion
  • 4 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 4 Tablespoons Chopped Sun Dried Tomatoes
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Basil
  • ¼ teaspoons Black Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1 pound Linguine Noodles, Cooked, To Serve
  • ½ cups Grated Parmesan Cheese, For Garnish

Preparation

Toss chicken in Cajun seasoning. Oil pan and cook until done. Reduce heat and add all the addititional ingredients. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer until thickened. Serve over linguine, sprinkled with Parmesan.

This looks delicious. Just wondering if the heavy cream amount is right? Seems high.

Good, mild flavor. Not spicy which was good for my husband. My sauce didn’t really thicken up, but it was still good! Easy and simple and would make it again!
