Best. Salad. Ever. So quick to make and so amazingly healthy and delicious!
Heat the oil in a skillet on medium-high heat. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning on one side of each Ahi tuna steak and set that side down in the hot skillet to sear for 3-4 minutes. Sprinkle more Cajun seasoning on the exposed side and flip the steak over to sear for another 2-3 minutes. Cook to desired doneness, adjusting the heat as necessary. When done, remove from heat.
Tear up the lettuce into salad-size pieces, place in a medium bowl and add the red onions and sunflower seeds. Drizzle salad dressing over the top and toss. Plate the salad and place Ahi steak on top. Devour!
Note: If anyone has a recipe for homemade cilantro Caesar dressing, let me know!
