Description

We love hot wings in our house. Even my little one will eat them. This is a nice spin on them.

Ingredients

  • FOR THE CHICKEN:
  • 4 whole Boneless Chicken Breasts, Cooked And Shredded
  • ½ cups Hot Cayenne Pepper Sauce, Or Wing Sauce
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Pepper
  • ½ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • FOR THE WRAPS:
  • 6 whole Large Lettuce Leaves, Iceberg Or Bibb
  • 2 whole Large Celery Stalks, Cut Into 2" Matchsticks
  • Ranch Dressing, Blue Cheese Dressing, Etc, For Drizzling Over The Top

Preparation

Put the cooked, shredded chicken into a medium sized bowl. Mix hot sauce, salt, pepper, garlic, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl. Pour hot sauce over the chicken and mix well.

To prepare lettuce cups, place 1/2 cup Buffalo chicken in each leaf, top with celery and dressing of your choice. Wrap it and eat!
