A turkey tenderloin marinated and broiled.
Combine soy sauce, mustard, poultry seasoning and rosemary in a small bowl. Place turkey tenderloin in a Ziploc bag and pour marinade over the meat. Seal and place in the fridge for 8 hours.
Preheat the oven to broil. Transfer the turkey tenderloin to a broiler pan.
Broil 30 minutes or until turkey is cooked through. Flip the turkey halfway through to ensure even cooking.
