A sweet and tangy treat for the tastebuds. Full of flavor. Fattening? Yes. Worth it? Definitely!
Heat canola oil on stove until ready to fry.
Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Smother chicken breasts in flour mixture. Cook in hot oil for 7 to 10 minutes on each side until golden brown.
While chicken is cooking, mix together vinegar, sugar, tabasco and paprika over medium heat until sugar is completely dissolved.
When chicken is done cooking, remove from oil and set on paper towels to soak up excess oil. Then submerge in the sauce. Coat well. Top with blue cheese crumbles.
Also great served in pieces over a salad and blue cheese dressing.

I cooked this dish tonight and it was super easy to make and mouth-wateringly yummy! They’re not too spicy, and a little bit sweet – the sauce is truly amazing. And the blue cheese serves as a nice compliment. My hubby and I were moaning and groaning in pleasure over this meal – we’ll surely make it again!

Did you use boneless chicken breasts or bone in?

DELISH! and super easy. my husband said they were “really really good” which is a HUGE compliment. I dont typically enjoy spicy food and this wasn’t too bad. i would give it a 3 on 1 to 10. Very easy and good!
