A basic but tasty BLT sandwich with cheese.
Cook the bacon in a sauce pan over medium heat until brown and crispy.
Clean the pan and place buns face down on the sauce pan over low/medium heat. After a minute, slather some of the butter on the buns and place back in the pan until they are slightly toasted.
Remove them from the pan and top with cheese, bacon, tomato, and spinach.
