A bean burger for those who still want a little meat in it!
1. Add the beans, bacon, seasoned salt, pepper, onion, oats, and Worcestershire sauce to a food processor. Pulse a few times until all ingredients are mixed together but the beans still have a bit of texture.
2. Lay a square of plastic wrap on the counter. Scoop the bean mixture from the processor bowl into the center of the wrap, then fold the plastic around the mix to form a burger shape. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes (this makes it easier to handle when cooking it).
3. Heat the olive oil in a small skillet over medium high heat. Add the burger and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until crisped and browned on one side. Flip and repeat.
Serve on a bun with mayo, arugula, and ketchup.
