Description

Mmmm … beer!

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds Chuck Roast
  • 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Curry Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Sea Salt
  • 1 whole Jumbo White Onion, Chopped Or Diced
  • 2 whole Apples (Fuji Or Gala; Cored And Diced)
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced
  • ½ bottles Good-quality Beer, 12 Ounce Bottle

Preparation

Prepare the roast by sprinkling black pepper, curry powder and sea salt on all sides and place in your slow cooker. Put your onions, apples salsa and garlic on top of roast. Add beer into the crock (I used Sam Adam’s Irish Red), put the lid on and cook on low heat for 8 hours or overnight! Enjoy this simple dish!
