Add caramelized onions to make this easy, crowd-pleasing supper really pop!
1. Heat a large skillet under medium heat. Meanwhile combine shredded chicken with BBQ sauce.
2. Lay out 1 tortilla, top with 1/4 cup cheese, 1/4 of the chicken mixture, caramelized onions (if desired) then top with another 1/4 cup cheese and a second tortilla.
3. Spray the hot skillet with non-stick spray and transfer your quasadillas over. Cook until tortilla is golden brown on one side, then flip and continue cooking until the other side is brown.
4. Cook the rest of the queasillas and enjoy!

Our family loves these things! We add green chilis, raw onions, and avocados to ours. I can’t wait to try them with caramelized onions that sounds delicious.

A new family favorite! Skipped the onions and added some green peppers and mushrooms. Loved them!
