Use your favorite bbq sauce for this pizza—a distinct twist on traditional pizza, but one that you may start craving more often than not.
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Prepare your favorite pizza crust and ready it to be topped.
3. Mix together the shredded chicken and 2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce.
4. Spread remaining ½ cup of the barbecue sauce over the pizza dough. Top with chicken, bacon, onions and cheese.
5. Bake on the bottom oven rack for 12 to 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the crust has browned.

This was very Easy & Tasty. Next time I won’t use as much BBQ sauce, but my 2.5 yr. old even liked it!

We made this last night for friends — just an informal, last-minute, “come on over” thing with pizza and beer — and by the time we tasted our second bite we had already decided it was a family favorite. Our one-year-old loves it, too! I, too, just used the cheese I had on hand (havarti, mozzarella, and Trader Joe’s assorted Mexican) and it was great. Stubb’s barbecue sauce didn’t hurt, either.

This was really good! Only change was that I just used what cheese I had on hand, a combination of mozzerella and colby jack cheeses and added some chopped cilantro before serving.

This was delicious! I’ve made bbq chicken pizza many times but this was much better than how I used to do it. I like how the smokey bacon goes so well with the smokey bbq sauce. The flavors blended really well together. Thanks for the recipe!
