A tasty grilled chicken sandwich with barbecue sauce, bacon and cheese on ciabatta bread!
Start by preheating your panini press, or skillet to 400ºF, or medium-high heat.
Top one slice of the ciabatta bread with the grilled sliced chicken. Then top the chicken with barbecue sauce, slices of bacon and cheese. Cover with the second piece of ciabatta bread. Spray both sides with butter spray.
Place sandwich on the panini grill or heated skillet. Cook for 4 minutes in the pannini press or until the cheese has melted. (If using a skillet, grill for 4 minutes on each side and press the sandwich down with a spatula.)
Place sandwich on a plate. Fill with romaine lettuce, tomato and onion! Enjoy!
