This is a wonderfully tasty dish that looks beautiful when served alongside a salad and bread sticks. It’s also perfect for company: it’s fast, feeds at least six, and requires few ingredients!
Cook pasta and broccoli together, according to directions on the package of pasta. Drain.
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Spray with cooking spray and cook chicken and garlic for about 2 minutes, or until browned on sides. Then, pour remaining ingredients in the skillet, stirring to mix. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 6-8 minutes or until chicken is done. To serve, combine pasta, broccoli, and chicken mixture. Serves 6.
