Description

A simple 20-minute dish!

Ingredients

  • FOR THE SAUCE:
  • ½ cups Mayonnaise
  • 5 teaspoons Chili Garlic Sauce, Such As Sriracha Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Rice Vinegar
  • FOR THE RELISH:
  • 1 cup Chopped Tomato
  • 1 cup Chopped Avocado
  • ⅓ cups Chopped Fresh Cilantro, Or As Desired
  • 1  Lime, Juiced
  • FOR THE SHRIMP:
  • 1 pound Medium Shrimp, Peeled And Deveined
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoons Onion Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Dried Basil
  • FOR THE WRAPS:
  • 2 heads Boston Lettuce, Washed, Leaves Carefully Separated, Drained And Patted Dry
  • 1  Lime, Zested

Preparation

For the sauce:
Combine the mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, sugar and vinegar in a small bowl and set aside.

For the relish:
In a medium bowl combine all the ingredients, cover and set aside in the refrigerator.

For the shrimp:
Heat a non-stick grill pan or skillet to medium-high heat.

Sprinkle shrimp with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and dried basil.

Add shrimp into the grill pan in a single layer. Grill shrimp until opaque, about five minutes per side.

For the assembly:
Layer each piece of lettuce with a few shrimp, then top with some of the relish and drizzle with sauce. Sprinkle with the lime zest. Wrap and enjoy! Serve warm or cold.
