Description

Perfect recipe for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4  Tilapia Fillets
  • Kosher Salt And Freshly Ground Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon And Herb Butter
  • 4 slices Lemon, For Garnish (optional)
  • FOR THE LEMON AND HERB BUTTER:
  • ½ cups Butter, Softened
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Tarragon Leaves
  • ½ teaspoons Dried Sage
  • ½ teaspoons Dried Thyme
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced
  • ½  Lemon, Juiced
  • Kosher Salt And Freshly Ground Pepper

Preparation

Preheat oven at 375ºF. Lightly grease the baking sheet.

Season tilapia fillets with salt and pepper. Put 1/2 tablespoon lemon and herb butter into each fillet. Garnish with a lemon slice.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

For the lemon and herb butter, simply combine all ingredients well.
