Ham and Cheese sandwiches baked with a delicious butter & mustard glaze. Perfect for pot luck dinners!

Ingredients

  • ¾ sticks Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • ½ Tablespoons French's Mustard
  • ½ Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ Tablespoons Poppy Seeds
  • 1 package King's Hawaiian Rolls
  • 12 slices Honey Baked Ham
  • 12 slices Provolone Cheese

Preparation

Melt butter in a saucepan and then add the brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and poppy seeds.

Brush the bottom of a 13 x9 inch baking dish with some of the glaze mixture.

Cut the entire package of rolls in half horizontally and brush the inside of each roll with the glaze.

Now add a slice of ham and a slice of cheese to each roll.

Place them in the baking dish and brush the tops with the remaining glaze mixture. Cover the rolls tightly with foil and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 25 minutes.

Made this for a superbowl party last night and they were delicious! All but one party goer agreed (the odd-man out said they were too rich~sweet). Very easy and yummy. Didn’t change a thing.

I made these the other night for some people and EVERYONE raved about how good they were. I substituted the provalone cheese for swiss cheese and added onion flakes. Big hit! so thanks!!

Made these for my SIL baby shower and they were a huge hit! I substituted Jarlsberg cheese for the provolone, but that’s the only change I made. Can’t wait to make them again. Thanks!

These are wonderful! I made half the recipe because it’s just the two of us and I am ashamed to say we ate all of them! But they are small sandwiches, aren’t they? I am putting this recipe in the keeper notebook.

YUM! Served these last night for book club and they were a hit! I made them the night before and put them in the oven right before the party. Thanks!

I make these all the time. We can’t get enough of these sandwiches. The only alteration that I make is to add a tablespoon or so of onion flakes to the glaze.
