Crispy and delicious air-fried tilapia fillet.
Mix salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and flour in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine egg and water. In a resealable bag, combine crushed corn flakes and grated Parmesan cheese.
Dip tilapia fillets into the flour mixture, then dip into the egg mixture. Finally, place the fillet in the bag and shake until well-covered.
Place tilapia in the air fryer and set the temperature at 350ºF for 13 minutes. Flip halfway through cooking time.
