Ahi Tuna Mango Salsa Salad.
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in s sauce pan over medium/high heat. Rub tuna steak with the remaining 1/2 tablespoon olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper very generously on each side.
Cook for 2-3 minutes and then flip for another 2-3 minutes. If you like your tuna more rare, cook each side less than 2 minutes.
When tuna is done, remove and slice against the grain.
Plate with lettuce and then top with tuna slices. Top with mango salsa and drizzle with the Asian sesame dressing.
