This has become a regular in our house! We love it! We serve it over rice with corn and black beans mixed in.

Fixed this for dinner last night it was wonderful! I used lime ponzu instead of plain soy sauce but that was the only change I made. I served it with rice that I added cilantro, beans and corn to. Thanks so much for the recipe–may be one of our favorites.

This is a regular in our house. We serve it over rice. And we go heavy on the adobo cause we like it extra spicy.

This was a lot easier to make than I anticipated. I Loved the avocado/mango salsa. Kids LOVED the chicken! Definitely a keeper recipe.

I made this last night and it was wonderful. Changed it up a bit and used my lime ponzu instead of the plain soy sauce. I thought I had adobo sauce but didn’t so my chicken wasn’t spicy but had a great flavor and was tender and juicy.

Loved the mango and avocado relish! I wasn’t sure what to serve it with so went with rice that I added black beans and corn to and it was a nice complement.

Thanks.

I made this the other night. I could barely taste the adobo, but the mango avacado relish was awesome! I can definitely see this dish being a regular on my menu. Thanks!

This was very easy to make. Came out very moist. 3 out of 4 in my family liked it ok. Not sure adobo is our flavor. We all LOVED the mango/avo topping.
