Description

Deliciously crispy and packed full of flavor, these “no breading” chicken tenders will amaze you. After one bite, you’ll be hooked!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Grated Or Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Minced Fresh Parsley
  • 1 Tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Black Pepper
  • ½ cups Butter
  • 2 pounds Chicken Tenders (or Chicken Breasts Cut Into Strips)

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. Combine cheese, parsley, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper in a shallow bowl or plate.
3. Line a rimmed baking pan with aluminum foil (optional, but best for easy cleanup afterwards).
4. Melt butter.
5. Dip each chicken tender in melted butter, then toss in seasoning mixture until completely coated.
6. Place chicken on the baking pan in a single layer and bake for 20–30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
7. Broil on high for a few minutes to achieve a more golden brown color.
