Gluten-free and dairy-free Peanut Butter Cup Latte.
Pour espresso in a coffee mug. Stir in honey or maple syrup, if using.
Pour milk into saucepan. Add peanut butter and chocolate. Place on medium heat until just before boiling the chocolate and peanut butter has melted.
Pour into the mug with the coffee. I topped mine with some frothed milk, dark chocolate sprinkles and a drizzle of melted peanut butter.
