Description

A simple, 5-ingredient, protein packed and gluten-free breakfast! Make them ahead for easy mornings!

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Rolled, Old Fashioned Oat (Gluten-free If Needed)
  • ½ cups Strong Brewed Coffee
  • ⅓ cups Non-fat Vanilla Greek Yogurt (Plant Based For Vegan)
  • ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • Sweetener Of Choice, To Taste (I Used Stevia)

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl, sweetening to taste. Let sit in the refrigerater for at least 6 hours, up to overnight.

Devour the next morning!
