Just eight ingredients and under 40 minutes for this wonderful Gluten-Free Cherry Chocolate Granola.
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a large bowl, combine oats, coconut, oil, honey and nuts. Spread in an even layer into a jelly roll pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes, stir and return to the oven for another 18 minutes. Remove from oven.
Allow the granola to cool and then add dried fruit and chocolate.
This is an adapted version of Ina Garten’s Homemade Granola.
