This casserole is great for a family dinner and it brings a bit of spicyness to the table.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium skillet, brown the beef and then drain.
Add onions, salt, chili powder, cumin, and jalapeno to the beef.
Spray a 13×9 casserole dish.
Add meat then start to make layers by adding the ranch style beans, tomatoes, mushroom soup, tortillas, and then shredded cheese.
Repeat layers and bake for 50 minutes.

No the name Ranch Style Beans is pretty large on the can. If you can’t find them I would use pinto beans instead of using kidney beans.

What would be another name for ranch style beans? Do they have a sauce or are they kidney beans?
