Easy ground beef veggie pot pie with Bisquick topping.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F). Put ground beef and onion in a skillet and cook until the beef browns and the onion starts to get translucent. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper while cooking. Cook until done and drain well. Pour into a large bowl. Add the gravy, frozen veggies and cream of onion soup and mix well. Pour into a 9×11 lightly greased dish.
Mix Bisquick and milk together, then pour on top of the beef mixture. Bake for approximately 45 minutes until brown on top. Serve while hot.

I was looking for something to do with ground beef and gave this a try. It was quick and tasted great. We don’t have Cream of Onion soup in our stores so I used half of an envelope of Lipton’s Beefy Onion Soup mix and about 1/3 cup of water. Will definitely make this again.
