My sister doesn’t prepare many things, but when she prepares this salad I always have to have some. It’s absolutely delicious!
Add all ingredients together to taste. The amount of mayonnaise you use will depend on how creamy you like your chicken salad. Store in the refrigerator and serve chilled.

I’ve already left a 5 star review but wanted to add this. I made the chicken salad recipe again this weekend and because I had an avocado I had to get used up, I sliced some and put it on each sandwich. Really, really tasty!

We used beer can chicken cooked in the oven instead of canned and it was delicious.

I love chicken salad and this doesn’t have a million ingredients. Sounds delicious. Definitely going into my recipe box!
