Creamy like a dressing, but light like a vinaigrette.
Whisk together all ingredients until emulsified and well mixed. Store in fridge. Makes about 1-1/4 cups.

My go-to dressing recipe when having salads. I’m going to make sure I always have everything on hand to make it because it is so yummy – and so easy! Great recipe!
Yummy honey mustard dressing, even without the poppy seeds. But it would be even better with them.
