Description

This is a family favorite.

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds Roasted Chicken, Deboned And Chopped
  • 1 bunch Green Onions, Chopped
  • 1 can Sliced Black Olives (6 Ounces)
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Cajun Seasoning To Taste
  • 1 cup Miracle Whip (more Or Less As Needed)
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise (more Or Less As Needed)

Preparation

Mix all together. Use equal amounts of Miracle Whip and mayonnaise. Exact amount depends on how moist you like it. Chill. Serve on your favorite bread.

Note: You can roast your own chicken or buy one ready made.

Sounds yummy! I’ve been looking for a chicken salad recipe that didn’t include fruit and nuts in it for quite awhile. Thanks for posting this.
