A family recipe I’ve adapted to fit my tastes in which I actually look forward to eating raw veggies. This is so easy (only 5 ingredients!) and so good.
Cut or tear cauliflower and broccoli into small pieces and place in a medium mixing bowl. Add sunflower seeds and mix to combine.
In a small mixing bowl, stir ranch dressing and sugar until combined.
Pour dressing over vegetable mixture and toss gently until evenly coated.
Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.

I add sunflower seeds and golden raisins to mine when I make it. It is good!

Another good addition to this, is to put a handful of dried Cranberries..
